Materials & specifications
Specialty work spans a lot of materials — domed resin, cut vinyl, magnetic stock, and exotic films. We'll recommend the right build for the look and the lifespan you need. A few of the systems we work in:
3D resin badges
- Dome
- Optically clear polyurethane resin — flexible, self-healing, resists yellowing & scratching
- Base
- Cast or metallic vinyl with high-bond acrylic adhesive to stop edge-lift under dome tension
- Look
- 3D embossed lens effect that amplifies color & metallics — premium product & vehicle badging
Ready-to-apply vinyl
- Film
- Color-through cast vinyl — embedded color, not printed
